US Senate to Vote on Crypto Transparency Act Next Week

According to SEC member Hester Peirce, the U.S. Senate is expected to vote on the Crypto Transparency Act next week. The bill, which aims to clarify regulatory responsibilities between the SEC and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) over digital assets, has already passed the House and was approved by the Senate Banking Committee. It requires 60 votes to pass the full Senate.
