Kraken Parent Payward Opens xStocks Voting Rights Via Broadridge Partnership

According to The Block, Kraken's parent company Payward announced a partnership with Broadridge to allow eligible xStocks holders to submit proxy voting instructions for their corresponding stocks. The move marks a shift from the previous arrangement in which xStocks holders had no voting rights. Broadridge will provide digital asset infrastructure support including proxy voting, post-trade services, and wallet and custody solutions.
