TeraWulf Reports Q2 Revenue of $44.767M; Signs 401MW Data Center Deal With Anthropic

According to SEC filings, TeraWulf reported Q2 2026 revenue of $44.767 million, with HPC leasing revenue accounting for $31.932 million, or approximately 71% of total revenue. The company's Lake Mariner facility in New York has 102 megawatts of revenue-generating IT capacity online, with an additional 336 megawatts under construction.

TeraWulf signed a 20-year data center lease with Anthropic at its Justified campus for approximately 401 megawatts, with an initial contract value of around $19 billion. The company also agreed to sell its 50.1% stake in the Abernathy joint venture for approximately $530 million in cash.
