LG Chem CEO Purchases 427 Shares for 106.8 Million KRW on August 4

According to Korea's Financial Supervisory Service disclosure system, LG Chem CEO Kim Dong-choon purchased 427 ordinary shares on August 4 at 250,122 KRW per share, for a total of approximately 106.8 million KRW. His shareholdings increased from 573 to 1,000 shares. The purchase reflects confidence in the company's long-term value amid heightened market volatility, joining recent moves by other major Korean corporate leaders including SK Group Chairman Choi Tae-won and Samsung Electronics CEO Noh Tae-moon.
