Houthis Claim Strike on Saudi Tanker Wafa with Ballistic Missile on Aug 5, Eighth Vessel Since July 22

According to Jin10, on August 5, Yemen's Houthi forces claimed they struck the Saudi-flagged tanker Wafa with a ballistic missile in the Red Sea north of Yanbu, stating the missile directly hit its target. This marks the eighth Saudi tanker the group claims to have attacked since launching their blockade operation on July 22. The Houthis also claimed to have forced 29 other Saudi tankers to turn back during transit through the Red Sea and Arabian Sea.
