According to Wall Street analysts, on August 4, SK Hynix ADR received buy and overweight ratings from six major brokers with an average price target of $245, implying about 60% upside from the previous close of $153. Rosenblatt Securities issued the highest target of $320, more than double current levels, citing long-term memory orders from U.S. tech giants, market dominance in HBM, and lower valuation versus Micron.

AMD's second-quarter results bolstered semiconductor sentiment overnight. The chipmaker reported revenue of $11.54 billion, up 50% year-over-year, with data center revenue doubling to $6.72 billion. Domestically, Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix rose 3.5% and 7% respectively, as foreign investors concentrated 5.7 trillion Korean won into the two semiconductor leaders, accounting for roughly 80% of foreign KOSPI net purchases.
