Its text is over 80% similar to the House CLARITY Act. It has previously received support from the majority of Democrats on the Agriculture Committee and nearly 40% support within the House Democratic caucus. He also emphasized that under the regulatory environment of Trump and Crypto Ouhou, crypto market structure legislation is "only a matter of time."
