The "century project" of institutional blockchain is quietly being promoted by @RaylsLabs.
It is not just a single chain, but a bridge connecting DeFi and TradFi.

In the past year, RWA has brought real assets onto the chain; now, Rayls aims to make these assets "move." They are transforming real-world financial instruments (such as deposit certificates and bank assets) into tradable tokenized vehicles through the DePin network, creating a foundational layer that truly carries cash flow and trust.

Processing 1.3 million bank deposit certificates daily and collaborating with the Central Bank of Brazil, Rayls is making on-chain finance transition from experimentation to reality in a way that balances compliance and privacy. Quantum-level encryption, gas-free institutional networks, and a stable fee system based on $USDr make this network truly usable and scalable.

And the core of it all - is $RLS . It is the fuel of the entire ecosystem:
Public chains, private chains, cross-chains, all transactions ultimately return to $RLS;

For each transaction, 1/3 goes to validators, 1/3 goes to the foundation, and 1/3 is invested in ecosystem development;

The more you use, the stronger the demand, forming a sustainable positive cycle.

While other projects are still painting narratives, @RaylsLabs is already telling stories with data and cash flow. In the next cycle, it may become the underlying engine connecting trillion-dollar traditional liquidity with on-chain assets. Rayls is not just building chains; it is reshaping the skeleton of finance.
