1.Why is the Est. APR changing and how is it calculated?
The Est. APR of TRX Staking is dynamically changing on a daily basis along with on-chain staked principal and returns.
2.How is my return calculated?
After staking TRX, rewards will be released in the form of TRX based on the amount of staked TRX.
The Est. daily APR is calculated based on the total amount of TRX rewards earned by all Gate validators on TRON and is subject to daily market fluctuations
TRX return = TRX staking amount * daily APR / 365
3.How long does it take to receive rewards after staking?
If you stake on day D, interest starts to accrue on D+1 and is paid on D+2.
4.Can I redeem my TRX return at any time?
TRX returns can be redeemed at any time and will be credited to your account in the form of TRX on D+15 after submitting the redemption request.
5.Is TRX safe?
TRX is safe and secure and can be redeemed to TRX at any time on the TRX Staking page.
6.Does TRX Staking require identity verification?
Yes. Participation in TRX Staking requires completing the identity verification first.
7.Can I use sub-accounts to participate in TRX Staking?
Yes. Sub-accounts are supported for TRX Staking.
8.Can I cancel a staking or redemption order after submission?
You can cancel the order before the funds are transferred on-chain, and the principal will be automatically transferred to your Portfolio Margin Account/Spot Account after the order cancellation is successful.
Orders in the confirmation process can be canceled. In the app, go to Financial History - Onchain Earn, and click the [Redeem] button on the order to have the funds credited in real-time. On the web, go to Financial Account - Onchain Earn, and click the [Redeem] button on the order in the history popup to have the funds credited in real-time.
Once the staking funds are confirmed on-chain and start accruing interest, real-time fund cancellation is not supported. However, you can still initiate a redemption, and the funds will be credited on D+15 after the redemption.
