Gate has officially launched Japanese stock trading through Gate Stocks, initially supporting approximately 300 stocks listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Users can buy and sell Japanese stocks directly with USDT without opening a separate Japanese brokerage account or manually converting funds into JPY.

To celebrate the launch, Gate presents the limited-time “Gate Japan Stock Launch” campaign. Complete your first Japanese stock trade to receive Sony Group shares, hold any eligible Japanese stock to share a Nintendo stock pool, and accumulate Japanese stock trading volume to share Toyota Motor shares. A Top Gainer Prediction is also available, giving users additional opportunities to earn Japanese stock rewards by completing the prediction and trading requirements.

During the campaign, users who trade eligible Japanese stocks on Gate can share Toyota Motor stock pools in proportion to their cumulative eligible trading volume.

Each user can receive up to 42.2 Toyota Motor shares, worth approximately 800 USDT.

Reward Details: Users who reach a higher trading volume tier may also participate in all lower-tier prize pools, and the rewards can be accumulated.

Notes

  1. Users must select “Join Now” on the campaign page and complete identity verification to qualify for rewards.
  2. Reward stocks must be Japanese stocks available for trading in the Gate Japanese Stocks section. If the listing schedule of a reward stock changes, the campaign page will prevail.
  3. Trading volume and holding thresholds are displayed in USDT equivalent. As actual trades and holdings are denominated in JPY, users should maintain an appropriate buffer to ensure they meet the campaign thresholds.
  4. Sony Group, Nintendo, and Toyota Motor rewards will be distributed as stock holdings to users’ Gate Stock Accounts.
  5. USDT-equivalent values shown on the campaign page are estimates based on stock prices and exchange rates when the campaign plan was prepared and do not represent guaranteed fixed values.
  6. Due to real-time fluctuations in stock prices and exchange rates, the actual value of rewards upon distribution may differ from the displayed equivalent. The final number and value of shares credited will prevail.
  7. All rewards will be distributed within 14 business days after the campaign ends and the data review is completed.
  8. Bulk registrations, wash trading, self-trading, matched trading, abnormal transactions, fraudulent predictions, and exploitation of system vulnerabilities are strictly prohibited.
  9. Multiple accounts belonging to the same identity-verified user will be treated as one participant. Sub-accounts are not eligible.
  10. API users, market makers, corporate accounts, institutional accounts, and restricted accounts are not eligible.
  11. Japanese stock trading is available only during Tokyo Stock Exchange market hours. Public holidays, temporary market suspensions, and special trading arrangements are subject to the information displayed by the TSE and Gate.
  12. This campaign is independently organized by Gate and is not affiliated with, sponsored, authorized, or endorsed by Sony Group, Nintendo, Toyota Motor, the Tokyo Stock Exchange, or any other related institution.
  13. This campaign does not constitute investment advice, a stock recommendation, or a guarantee of returns. Japanese stock trading involves price volatility, liquidity, foreign exchange, settlement, market, and regulatory risks. Please participate cautiously.
  14. Users in the United Kingdom and other restricted regions may not be able to access all or part of the services. Please refer to the Gate User Agreement for details.
  15. Gate reserves the right to adjust eligible assets, rewards, rules, and the campaign period due to product launch arrangements, market conditions, system issues, compliance requirements, or force majeure.
