Gate Supports Upcoming Theta (THETA) Upgrade

According to the Theta team, a mandatory upgrade, Theta v3.3.0, will be activated at block height 14526120, estimated at 20:00 UTC on March 14, 2022.

Gate supports this upgrade and will suspend THETA deposits and withdrawals during the process. Deposits and withdrawals will be resumed as soon as possible after this upgrade. Trading of THETA will not be affected.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

This version lowers the validator staking threshold to allow more nodes to participate in the consensus protocol.
