According to Korean Economic TV, from Aug 7 to Sept 2, non-financial entities consecutively accumulated 162,500 shares of Hanjin Kal, worth approximately 19.4 billion won. The stock rallied 7% yesterday and has risen 17% over the past month amid the broader market downturn. Market analysts view the buying pattern as potential pre-positioning ahead of a corporate control dispute, as Hanjin Kal's largest shareholder Cho Won-tae holds 20.57% versus second-largest shareholder Hoban Group's 20.15%.
