From the absolute low of 0.0113 to now, it has risen over 30% in 7 days. The 24-hour trading range is 0.014-0.0196, and it is currently consolidating at 0.017. Its market cap is only $12-15 million, and its fully diluted valuation is also pitifully low. After breaking out on heavy volume, it pulled back to retest the breakout.
