Why Did VenoFinance (VNO) Fall in the Last 24 Hours?

VenoFinance’s low liquidity may amplify the price impact of a small number of trades, but this does not establish any single sell order as the definite cause of the decline. The hourly candle at 20:00 on 2026-10-22 recorded volume of just 684.89 units and no price change, indicating limited trading activity during that interval. In the reported order book, the top-five-level bid-to-ask depth ratio was 33.39, but the largest bid was placed at 0.00252, below the reference price at the time; a sell wall at 0.002796 could present overhead resistance. The ratio therefore does not mean that support near the price was substantial. Technical readings differed by timeframe: moving averages were bearish on the one-hour and daily charts, while the 15-minute and four-hour RSI readings were oversold; ADX indicated strong trends on some timeframes and no trend on others. These mixed signals do not independently establish what happens next.

About VenoFinance (VNO)

Veno is a liquid pledge agreement established on Cronos. Our goal is to become a one-stop solution for all $CRO pledges, and to achieve highly secure $CRO liquidity, reduce pledge commissions, and deeply integrate with the entire Cronos ecosystem. Users will be able to directly pledge their $CRO using our agreement and receive flowing $CRO tokens ($LCRO).

Use Cases and Features

VNO is the protocol token of Veno Finance. Veno offers liquid staking for CRO, ATOM, TIA, and ETH: after staking, users receive liquid tokens that can continue to be used in DeFi. VNO can be locked in Reservoir to participate in CRO, ATOM, or ETH reward distributions, or locked in Fountain to receive VNO incentives; some liquidity provision and ecosystem participation scenarios also use VNO as a condition for incentives or boosts.

Supply and Issuance Mechanism

VNO has a total supply of 2 billion tokens: 1.7 billion on Cronos and 300 million on zkSync Era. Tokens can be locked to participate in modules such as Reservoir or Fountain; the lock duration and amount affect the weighting of the corresponding reward distribution. Reservoir also serves insurance-related functions, and participants may face risks from slashing of the underlying staking.
