Golden Finance reported that ZK Nation announced on the X platform that the voting period for ZIP-6 is set to end at 18:15 UTC on February 27th, as the required number of votes has been reached. It is reported that this proposal will upgrade the governance contract, redeploying all governance contracts, including the contract related to the ZKSYNC protocol upgrade mechanism, namely protocolUpgradeHandler, which is responsible for executing Ethereum's protocol upgrades approved by the Token Assembly.
