The half-day trading volume of the three markets in Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen was 15,909 billion yuan, an increase of 71 billion yuan compared to the previous day; over 2,500 stocks in the entire market rose. In terms of sectors, fiber optics, CPO, graphite electrodes, and small metals led the gains; film and television cinemas, pharmaceutical commerce sectors declined.
