The price has deviated too far from the middle band at 1272, creating a strong need for a pullback correction. Although MACD has formed a golden cross, DIF and DEA remain below the zero line, indicating a weak rebound structure rather than a trend reversal signal. Volume support is average, with net inflows of only $270k, insufficient to sustain further gains. The previous high of 1318 forms strong resistance above; if the price fails to break through decisively on increased volume, a double-top decline could easily form. In the short term, short positions are recommended in the 1310-1318 range, with a stop-loss at 1325 and targets of 1290 and the middle-band support at 1270. Sharp rallies are often accompanied by aggressive shakeouts; the risk-reward ratio for chasing longs is extremely poor, and the probability of a short-term pullback is rising rapidly.
