(4) Efficient and secure communication conditions required for product operations; trading facilities meet the needs for conducting securities trading for the product;

(5) Relatively strong research capability, with fixed research institutions and dedicated research personnel, able to provide, in a timely, regular and comprehensive manner, research reports on macroeconomic conditions, industry developments, market trends, and stock analysis, as well as thoughtful information services to the segregated account.

2. Procedures for selecting a securities company

After conducting an evaluation based on the above criteria, the fund manager determines the selection of the securities operating institution. The fund manager enters into a trading unit leasing agreement and a securities research services agreement with the selected securities operating institution.
