This performance reflects that, even during the industry adjustment period, the company has maintained relatively strong profitability.

As a long-established enterprise founded in 1984, FLL Acoustic Technologies has currently formed a business layout centered on intelligent hardware, with solutions and inspection and testing developing in coordination. Among them, the intelligent hardware segment covers fields such as automotive lighting, electronic appliances, module packaging, chip testing, and precision component manufacturing, building a complete industrial chain from research and development to manufacturing. Regarding management changes, the company issued an announcement on November 3, 2025 stating that the former chairman, Zhang Lihong, resigned from related positions on the board of directors due to a work reassignment, with her originally scheduled term ending on May 26, 2027. Public information shows that this engineer, born in 1974, previously served as team leader of the software group at Shanghai Turbine Co., Ltd., and later held multiple management positions at Shanghai Electric Group, including Minister of the Digital and Information Technology Department and executive director of a digital technology company. He is currently the vice president of Shanghai Yi Dian Group and the general manager of the Instrumentation Industry Development Department.
