The indictment shows that the woman used access to private keys she obtained during the marriage to secretly transfer the assets after the property division agreement was executed. The victim discovered the missing funds and reported the case to law enforcement. Currently, the case has entered judicial proceedings, with the defendant facing multiple charges including wire fraud and money laundering.
