For some coins, such as XLM (stellar), XRP (ripple), and EOS, a tag or a memo is also required besides a recipient address.
If you forgot to include it or entered a wrong one, or entered it with extra spaces that makes your tag or memo a wrong one, your deposit will not be credited automatically.
