Why Did Venice Token (VVV) Fall in the Last 24 Hours?

VVV’s top-five-level order book shows 19.73 units of bids and 51.09 units of asks, a bid-to-ask depth ratio of 0.39, with asks dominant. A 25.25-unit sell order at 21.439 accounts for 49.4% of the top-five ask volume. The notional value across the top five levels is about $423 on the bid side and $1,096 on the ask side, indicating shallow local depth where concentrated orders may amplify volatility; a single order does not establish trader intent. The candlestick for 2026-11-04 01:00 UTC closed down 1.96%, and the subsequent quote was below that close, providing a backdrop of pressure. Although volume was recorded for that candle, there is no historical volume baseline to establish whether trading was unusually heavy or how broadly selling was participated in. Technical signals were broadly bearish: moving averages pointed down on the 4-hour and daily timeframes, while 15-minute indicators were neutral and the 1-hour moving average was bullish. Lower ADX readings on the medium and higher timeframes indicate limited trend strength, and RSI did not confirm overbought or oversold conditions. Shallow depth and a technical pullback are possible sources of pressure, not a confirmed single catalyst.

About Venice Token (VVV)

Venice is a privacy-focused AI platform that offers services such as generated conversations and image creation, but does not store user data. In addition, Venice aims to eliminate any form of censorship on the platform.

Use Cases and Features

VVV is a Base-chain ERC-20 utility token in the Venice AI ecosystem. Users can stake VVV for staking rewards and, under the rules, receive a share of Venice API inference capacity; staked VVV can also be used to mint DIEM. DIEM is a separate ecosystem token associated with daily Venice API quotas and should not be confused with VVV.

Supply and Issuance Mechanism

VVV launched in January 2025 with an initial supply of 100 million tokens: 50% was airdropped to Venice users and the AI community, 35% was allocated to Venice.ai development and growth, 10% to an ecosystem incentives fund, and 5% to liquidity. The official materials also disclose subsequent issuance for staking and the use of part of platform revenue for VVV buybacks and burns.
