Delegation increases that operator's staking support, and the delegator may participate in reward distribution according to the rules; however, delegated balances, operator self-staked balances, and balances being undelegated are different states and cannot all be treated as balances that are immediately transferable.

Protocol on-chain data records claimable staking amounts and governance proposals; actual voting weight, proposal thresholds, voting periods, and execution conditions depend on the governance contracts and proposal rules applicable at the time. The governance process includes at least three levels: proposing, voting, and execution. A proposal being created or receiving votes does not mean it has already changed the protocol; only after the relevant thresholds, timing, and execution conditions are met can governance execute protocol actions through contracts, such as parameter updates, upgrades, or penalties.

The page shows protocol status at a particular time or cycle; it is not a promise of personal rewards or returns. When reviewing data, network-wide statistics should be separated from personal status: total network stake indicates how much AUDIO is participating in the network, the proposal list reflects governance progress, and reward cycles provide the background for periodic protocol settlement; whether an individual has claimable rewards, voting power, or balances in exit status must still be determined from the relevant address and contract state.

Will AUDIO become immediately available after unstaking?

After unstaking or undelegating, AUDIO should not be treated as immediately usable. The protocol records stake being removed and delegation being removed as separate on-chain states, showing that an exit request and final freely disposable status are different stages. Users should first initiate the exit operation corresponding to their current holding type, then wait for the state transition required by the applicable rules, and complete the relevant transaction when the balance is claimable or withdrawable. The specific waiting period and eligibility are determined by protocol parameters at the time; before completion, the related balance may still appear as exiting or locked rather than as a normal available balance.

They may change the distribution of immediately circulating balances, but do not necessarily change total supply; treating a particular total staked or total locked amount directly as total supply confuses asset status with issuance quantity.

One purpose of node collateral is to make improper or malicious service potentially subject to penalties; delegators do not need to operate nodes themselves, but their token status, reward outcomes, and exit availability remain related to the selected node and protocol rules.
