According to data, in the first quarter, the issuance volume of newly added special-purpose bonds exceeded 1 trillion yuan, reaching 1,159.9 billion yuan, up 21% from 960.2 billion yuan in the same period of 2025. Experts believe that the accelerated issuance of newly added special-purpose bonds and the optimization of their investment directions will inject strong momentum into the recovery and improvement of the macroeconomy; at the same time, the management of special-purpose bonds is expected to be further optimized, and the “self-review and self-issuance” mechanism will continue to improve.
