Medtronic and GE HealthCare expand long-running patient monitoring alliance

Medtronic and GE HealthCare have renewed and expanded their strategic alliance to integrate monitoring technologies across various hospital care settings. This updated agreement, building on over 30 years of collaboration, will now include bedside, telemetry, ambulatory, maternal-infant, and perioperative monitoring, incorporating Medtronic’s Nellcor pulse oximetry, Microstream capnography, INVOS regional oximetry, and BIS brain monitoring into GE HealthCare’s platforms. The alliance aims to standardize technology platforms, enhance clinical workflows, and accelerate the deployment of next-generation monitoring innovations.
