How to Deposit and Withdraw On-Platform Using a Deposit Code on Gate (App Version)

1. How to Obtain a Deposit Code:

1. Open the Gate mobile app, log in to your account, tap the profile icon in the lower left corner, select More Services, scroll down to find "Others," and choose "Gatecode Withdrawal."

2. Search for and select the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw, tap the coin, and enter the withdrawal page.

3. On the deposit code page, enter the amount and tap "Next."

4. After verifying that the information is correct, tap "Confirm."

Then, follow the prompts to enter your fund password, email verification code, phone verification code, and Google verification code, then tap "Confirm."

Note: If you wish to change your withdrawal verification methods, you can tap "Withdrawal Settings" at the bottom of the page to adjust your security verification preferences on the Security Verification page. (For account safety, we recommend keeping at least two withdrawal verification methods enabled.)

5. Once the withdrawal is completed, you can tap "Save," "Share Screenshot," or choose to copy the full or first half of the deposit code.

6. You can also tap the bill icon in the upper right corner of the withdrawal coin selection page to view your recent transaction history. Tap the withdrawal transaction for details, then tap "View" to copy the complete deposit code (withdrawal code).

2. How to Use a Deposit Code:

1. Open the Gate mobile app, log in to your account, tap the profile icon in the lower left corner, select More Services, scroll down to find "Others," and choose "Gatecode deposit."

2. On the deposit code recharge page, choose to scan the QR code or paste the deposit code from your clipboard to proceed. After verifying the information, tap "Confirm."

3. After submitting, you'll see the deposit details. You can choose "Deposit Again" or "Return to Home."

Notes:

1. Before providing your deposit code to anyone, always confirm their identity. Never share your deposit code with strangers.
2. Currently, Gate does not offer an official deposit code trading channel. If you purchase deposit codes from others, be extremely cautious and avoid trading with strangers using deposit codes.
3. Deposit codes consist of two parts separated by a "-", submitting only the first half allows you to check the code's value and further lock the deposit code. Once locked, you can complete the payment and receive the full deposit code from the transferor. Submitting the complete deposit code will complete the deposit. Always verify the validity of deposit codes obtained from others. If you purchase a deposit code from someone, make sure to submit the first half on the deposit code recharge page to lock it before making any payment to avoid scams.
4. If a deposit code is locked but the deposit is not completed within 2 hours, it will be automatically unlocked and no longer protected.
