5.1 Virtual Account:

The Virtual Account has a base fund of 5,000 USDT. The funds in the Virtual Account are virtual and cannot be withdrawn regardless of trading gains or losses.

i) If the Virtual Account incurs losses and its total fund declines to 4,800 USDT, the Virtual account will be immediately terminated. ii) If the Virtual Account makes a profit, then according to the risk control loss calculation standard, once a loss rate (Unrealized PnL / current wallet balance) reaches or exceeds 6%, the Virtual account will be immediately terminated. For example, if the user's wallet balance immediately after their most recent position close was 5,500 USDT (Realized PnL = 500 USDT), then an unrealized loss that reduces the balance to 5,170 USDT (i.e., 5,500 × (1 – 6%)) will trigger immediate termination. iii) If the user fails to meet the test passing criteria (a return of 10% or higher) within the 120-hour period, the Virtual Account will be automatically terminated.

ii)Tradable contract markets in the Virtual Account: BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, DOGE, ADA, LINK, LTC, SUI. Leverage limits for orders: up to 10x on BTCUSDT and ETHUSDT; up to 5x on all other markets.

5.2 Actual Account:

The Actual Account has a base fund of 5,000 USDT, which cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances.

i) If the Actual Account incurs losses and its total fund declines to 4,800 USDT, the Actual Account will be immediately terminated. ii) If the Actual Account makes a profit, then according to the risk control loss calculation standard, if a loss rate (Unrealized PnL / max(current wallet balance, wallet balance after the most recent withdrawal)) reaches or exceeds 6%, the Actual Account will be immediately terminated. For example, if the user's wallet balance immediately after their most recent position close was 5,500 USDT (Realized PnL = 500 USDT), then an unrealized loss that reduces the balance to 5,170 USDT (i.e., 5,500 × (1 – 6%)) will trigger immediate termination. iii) If the Actual Account holds no positions—meaning there is no trading activity during the entire simulated test period of 5 days (120 hours)—the Actual Account will be immediately terminated. After the Actual Account is closed, profits will be automatically transferred to the user's registered personal account (i.e., Gate UID) for the event.

ii) After the test period concludes, the base fund of 5,000 USDT cannot be withdrawn. However, any profit earned from the test exceeding 5,000 USDT may be transferred to the user's personal account (i.e., Gate UID) used for registration. The profit distribution rules are as follows: i) If the account profit is less than 5,000 USDT, the distribution ratio between BUGS FUNDED and the user is 2:8. ii) If the account profit reaches or exceeds 5,000 USDT (i.e., account assets reach or exceed 10,000 USDT), the distribution ratio will be adjusted to 1:9. The user may only apply to withdraw profits when all positions have been closed, there are no pending orders, and the Actual Account balance exceeds 5,000 USDT.

iii) Tradable contract markets in the Actual Account: BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, DOGE, ADA, LINK, LTC, SUI. Leverage limits for orders: up to 10x on BTCUSDT and ETHUSDT; up to 5x on all other markets.
