Deep Tide TechFlow News, April 16, according to Globenewswire, Nasdaq-listed digital asset financial services company Diginex announced it has signed a definitive share purchase agreement to acquire artificial intelligence company Resulticks Global Companies Pte Limited at a full stock transaction valuation of $1.5 billion. It was disclosed that Resulticks is a provider of real-time AI customer intelligence solutions, with revenue of approximately $150 million in 2025. Diginex will leverage its AI data capabilities to expand into customer intelligence and enterprise-level Agent solutions. It is reported that the acquisition is expected to be completed within 30 to 45 days, subject to the fulfillment of relevant closing conditions.
