There were 5 achievements facing the frontiers of world science and technology, including the high-energy synchrotron radiation source completed and put into trial operation, the world’s highest magnetic-field all-superconducting user magnet, the first realization of two-dimensional metal, a two-dimensional semiconductor wafer with performance beyond silicon-based, and the world’s first atto-gram-class spectroscopic imaging chip “Yuheng”.

There were 7 achievements aimed at the main battlefield of the economy, including open-source intelligent computing software systems for diverse AI chips—Zhongzhi FlagOS 2.0, the first ultra-wideband optoelectronic fusion chip for 6G full-band wireless communication, reconfigurable intelligent computing supernodes empowering domestic AI ecosystems, Tongzhi Brain: leading the next generation of general robots, an environmental biological material PHA built into a 10,000-ton-level production line synthesized with “special strains,” a green polypeptide drug for treating citrus huanglongbing, and a real-time interactive world model.

There were 4 achievements addressing major national needs, including the 175MPa super-high-pressure wellhead and supporting equipment to help achieve efficient development of deep oil and gas, the AES100 advanced civilian turboshaft engine, a technology for solidifying and sequestering carbon dioxide deep-sea gas hydrates, and a breakthrough discovery and breeding application targeting parasitic weed genes.

There were 5 achievements focused on people’s health and life, including the first discovery of the core disease-causing functional circuit of Parkinson’s disease, the “Brain No. 1” completed the international first batch of flexible high-throughput semi-invasive wireless fully implantable brain-machine system with human implantation, precise intelligent manufacturing of uniform-diameter sustained-release microsphere formulations, a new path for precise drug delivery for brain diseases, and the domestic first shoulder replacement surgical robot system.
