广和通 تعلن عن النتائج السنوية صافي الربح بعد خصم حقوق الأقلية 3.47 مليار يوان بانخفاض قدره 48.05% مقارنة بالعام السابق

Guanghe Communications (00638) announced its annual performance results for the year ended 31 December 2025. Operating revenue was RMB 6.988 billion, representing a year-on-year decrease of 14.67%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company was RMB 347 million, representing a year-on-year decrease of 48.05%; basic earnings per share were RMB 0.44. It proposed to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 2.34 per 10 shares (inclusive of tax).

The announcement said that the decrease in annual profit was mainly due to the sale of the Ruiling Wireless in-car infotainment pre-installed business. Excluding the Ruiling Wireless in-car infotainment pre-installed business, the year-on-year decline was 18.26%, mainly due to the change in product structure during the period and the increase in the prices of materials purchased, which led to a decline in gross profit.
