reporters learned today that Hongchuan Smart and the Iraq National Infrastructure Development Foundation (referred to as the “Iraq Foundation”) have officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
The two parties will focus on advancing cooperation in the following areas: in the field of infrastructure, the two sides will jointly assess and develop oil, gas, and chemical storage projects in the Middle East, covering the entire chain of services including investment, operation, and supply chain management; in terms of digital transformation, in response to the smart management needs of the Middle Eastern oil and gas industry, the two sides will jointly promote the digital upgrade of storage and transportation, introducing China’s mature smart logistics solutions.
