According to the principle of comprehensive budgeting, all income and expenditure of the China Securities Regulatory Commission are included in the departmental budget management. Income includes: general public budget allocations, other income, and carryover from the previous year; expenditure includes: general public service expenditure, education expenditure, social security and employment expenditure, health and wellness expenditure, energy conservation and environmental protection expenditure, financial expenditure, housing security expenditure, etc.
