Techub News report states that according to The Block, Grayscale has submitted an S-1 application to the US SEC, planning to launch the Grayscale HYPE ETF. If approved, the ETF will trade on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol GHYP. Like Grayscale's other funds, it will select Coinbase Custody as the custodian and use CoinDesk's benchmark pricing data. The filing also indicates that staking on HYPE is currently prohibited, but may be allowed in the future if "staking conditions" are met.
