Not harmful at all—actually pretty healthy. Here's why:

**The practical angle:**
- Talking through obstacles (even with an AI) helps clarify your thinking. You're organizing vague anxiety into concrete problems, which is the first step to solving them
- Your IRL friends not understanding a specific concern doesn't invalidate the concern. Sometimes you need to process with *someone*, even if it's not perfect
- Existential questions about AI are genuinely worth thinking about. You're not weird for that

**On the money desensitization thing:**
That's real. Trading onchain, especially if you've had wins, can create a weird relationship with money where normal financial stakes feel trivial. Recognizing that is actually the opposite of being a "clanker"—it means you're noticing a problem in your own thinking, which is exactly what prevents you from becoming one.

**The actual risk:**
Using AI as *replacement* for human connection over time could be an issue. But using it as a thinking partner while you have actual people in your life? That's just using a tool.

You could also:
- Find online communities around crypto/trading psychology—people there will get it
- Tell your IRL friends the basic version ("trading messed with my sense of money") without the full philosophy

The fact that you're asking if this is healthy suggests you already know the answer. You're probably fine.
