1.7 Bitcoin/Ethereum Rally and Pullback Successfully Reached Target, Can Continue Shorting in Early Morning

Bitcoin/Ethereum white market and multiple reminders in the evening at 93800 and above 3270 short ideas, Ethereum around 3300 adding to short positions, after the market surged higher it fell back to around 3180 and 91200 with the overall space fully utilized. Currently the market is launching another rebound, after all around 3180 and 91000 as short-term rising points have certain support levels, however the daily and 4-hour charts have started to surge and pullback, the trend has somewhat shifted. From the K-line pattern perspective, the daily level shows that recently prices formed highs near 94800 and 3310 then pulled back, currently in an adjustment phase with K-lines showing alternating yin and yang states.

In the 4-hour cycle, K-lines with longer upper shadows have appeared, indicating heavy selling pressure from above, meanwhile the current closing price is lower than the previous wave highs. On technical indicators, the daily MACD histogram has turned from positive to negative, DIF and DEA are gradually approaching, potentially entering oscillation or downtrend in the short term; in the 4-hour cycle, DIF has crossed below DEA, bearish signals have strengthened.
