The R2 stablecoin testnet is officially launched, and the mainnet is expected to be released in Q2
Mars Financial News: RWA stablecoin yield protocol R2 announced today that its testnet has been officially launched. Users can claim test tokens through Discord, mint and stake R2USD, participate in R2BTC, R2ETH and other product interactions, and complete tasks on platforms such as Galxe and Intract to earn testnet points Signals and Pulses. All points will be exchanged for R2 tokens according to the rules before the mainnet TGE. The official said that in the next two weeks, more testnets will be supported one after another, opening up the multi-chain ecosystem, and providing users with a wider range of participation paths and choices. R2 aims to build a next-generation redeemable, real-income stablecoin protocol, with underlying assets covering on-chain U.S. bonds, compliant MMF strategies, real estate rentals, and more. The mainnet is expected to go live in the second quarter of 2025.
