Why Did Viction (VIC) Fall in the Last 24 Hours?

VIC’s short-term movement is more consistent with technical fluctuations in a low-liquidity environment than with a clearly identifiable project event. The candlestick at 14:00 UTC on 2026-10-22 closed up 1.73%, with volume of only 5,777 units. Alongside a market capitalization of about $785,000, this suggests that a small number of trades could amplify price swings, but it does not by itself identify a specific driver. At that time, the bid-to-ask depth ratio across the top five order-book levels was 1.18, indicating a relatively balanced book. A sell wall at 0.00372 contained 29,392 units, or 40.8% of sell orders across those levels, and could create short-term pressure; the sell order at 0.0043 was farther from the market and had limited direct influence on the price then. Technical signals were mixed: the 4-hour MACD showed a death cross while moving averages remained bullish, and the daily moving average was bearish while ADX was only 9.92. RSI was neutral across all timeframes, leaving neither trend direction nor strength consistently confirmed.

About Viction (VIC)

Viction, formerly TomoChain, is a people-centric layer-1 blockchain, offering zero-gas transactions and enhanced security to make Web3 easy and safe for everyone. Designed with a focus on user experience, Viction prioritizes zero-gas transactions, speed, security, and scalability to contribute to the creation of a more secure and open world. With a network of 150 masternodes utilizing Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus, Viction touts its scalability and stability. It employs advanced techniques like double validation, smart contract staking, and proper randomization to enhance security and chain finality. Viction supports all EVM-compatible smart contracts, protocols, and atomic cross-chain token transfers.

Use Cases and Features

VIC is the native token of the Viction layer-1 blockchain. The network uses proof-of-stake voting consensus, with 150 masternodes participating in block production and validation; VIC holders can vote for masternode candidates through the on-chain governance app. Viction is compatible with EVM smart contracts and can be used for decentralized applications, token issuance, and cross-chain asset transfers. VRC25 is its token standard, allowing transaction fees for token operations to be paid by the token itself or a sponsor, reducing the need for users to separately hold the native coin to pay fees.

Supply and Issuance Mechanism

VIC contributes to network security and reward distribution through masternodes and a vote-staking mechanism. To become a masternode candidate, 50,000 VIC must be deposited in the on-chain governance app; in each cycle, the 150 candidates with the most votes can become masternodes. Masternode rewards are related to their number of signatures, and VIC voted for elected masternodes can enter the staking program to receive block rewards and fees; there is a 48-hour lock period after a vote is revoked.
