Why Did TuringBitChain (TBC) Fall in the Last 24 Hours?

The technical picture combines weak moving averages with a short-term rebound: moving averages are bearish on the 15-minute and daily charts, but the 15-minute MACD has crossed bullish; the 1-hour and 4-hour indicators are broadly neutral, so signals are not uniformly bearish across timeframes. The single candlestick at 2026-10-25 13:00 UTC rose 0.34%, indicating only a local recovery; volume lacks units and a historical baseline, so it cannot establish an increase in trading activity. At that time, the top five order-book levels showed 20.87 units of bids and 27.65 of asks, a 0.75 bid-to-ask ratio—relatively balanced, with a slight ask-side tilt. The largest ask was 16.05 units, or 58.05% of ask volume; it would constitute a sell wall only if it was among the top five levels. A single order-book snapshot cannot establish sustained selling pressure or trader intent. The elevated 4-hour ADX indicates trend strength only; without directional indicators, it does not show that the decline was strong. News and volume data are incomplete, so technical and order-book factors remain possible explanations, not established causes.

About TuringBitChain (TBC)

TBC is the pioneer of the Bitcoin Virtual Machine (BVM) and has implemented a scalable BTC smart contract layer solution based on BVM. TBC will help unleash the full potential of Bitcoin and solve its congestion problem; in the future, BTC will no longer be just digital gold, not just a tool for storing value, but more likely to be used for daily transactions, and have a native smart contract layer like ETH. TBC will help BTC create a prosperous BVM ecosystem like EVM. After BTC completes a specific BIP proposal upgrade, the relationship between BTC and TBC will be like that between ETH and ARB.

Use Cases and Features

TBC is the native currency of TuringBitChain, used for transactions and decentralized applications on the network. TuringBitChain is a Layer 1 blockchain using the UTXO (unspent transaction output) model and provides Turing-complete smart-contract capabilities through BVM and TuringContract. The whitepaper describes how zero-confirmation transactions are handled; larger transfers should still wait for block confirmations to reduce the risk of unconfirmed transactions being reversed.

Supply and Issuance Mechanism

TBC’s whitepaper issuance design uses SHA-256 proof of work (PoW), with miners receiving rewards for producing blocks. The designed maximum supply is 2.1 billion coins, the block reward is 625 TBC, blocks are produced about every 10 minutes, and rewards halve every 210,000 blocks. About 1.958 billion TBC at heights no greater than 824188 are permanently locked; the remaining roughly 142 million are produced through this mining mechanism.
