Its allocation logic differs from a model in which large team or venture-capital allocations later unlock on a fixed schedule: the documentation explicitly states that there are no heavily vested VC or team funds of that kind unlocking at particular intervals. This historical arrangement explains the distribution principles at launch; it is not equivalent to a real-time description of current holdings or market circulation.
