Why Did SMART (SMART) Fall in the Last 24 Hours?

The hourly candlestick volume listed for 2026-10-25 09:00 UTC was just 143,889.5 SMART, with price activity confined to a narrow range, indicating limited trading activity at that time. The bid-to-ask depth ratio across the top five order-book levels was 4.21, but bids were concentrated near 0.0041, with the largest bid accounting for about 48.8% of bid depth. Sell orders were more concentrated: the largest ask represented about 71% of ask depth. Large orders on both sides may constrain short-term movement, while a shallow book also means a small market order can cause a slight move; posted orders do not guarantee execution. ADX was below 20 from the 15-minute to daily timeframes, RSI was neutral, and MACD showed no signal. The overall bearish reading stemmed mainly from the 1-hour and 4-hour moving averages, without confirmation of a strong trend. These order-book and indicator readings describe a narrow, low-activity state and cannot on their own explain subsequent price action.

About SMART (SMART)

SMART is the main network coin of the Smart blockchain. The blockchain model is based on the Google Protobuf (protocol buffer) system, which allows for the rapid creation of decentralized networks and tokens and their integration into existing products. The project has a versatile crypto wallet called SMART WALLET that supports the most popular digital currencies including SMART.

Use Cases and Features

SMART is the native coin of Smart Blockchain. The network uses delegated proof of stake (DPoS): accounts can obtain voting rights by freezing SMART and participate in selecting Super Representatives (SRs); the top 27 SRs generate blocks. Once SMART is unfrozen, the corresponding voting rights expire. The network also supports writing and deploying smart contracts with Solidity.

Supply and Issuance Mechanism

The network's economic design includes voting-candidate rewards and block-production rewards for Super Representatives (SRs) in the SMART reward mechanism, calculated in 6-hour rounds. SRs are elected through votes cast by account holders after freezing SMART, and the top 27 participate in block production.
