Why Did NEON EVM (NEON) Rise in the Last 24 Hours?

NEON EVM is an Ethereum Virtual Machine-compatible layer deployed on Solana. Its small market capitalization means low liquidity can magnify the percentage impact of modest inflows or outflows. On 2026-11-03, a four-hour candle rose from 0.002391 to 0.002874 and closed at 0.002636, indicating a pullback after the rise; this historical move alone does not establish that a specific event drove the current advance. The five-level order-book depth ratio at the time was 0.26, with total sell orders about 3.85 times total buy orders. Sell-side liquidity was concentrated in one large order, suggesting concentrated overhead supply that could constrain further short-term gains. Technical signals were mixed: the four-hour RSI was oversold, while the one-hour moving averages were bearish. The overall signal was neutral, with no clear directional breakout. The historical order book and indicators describe conditions at that time, and unavailable volume data limits assessment of the rebound's strength.

About NEON EVM (NEON)

Neon EVM provides a low-friction solution to enable Ethereum dApps to function within Solana, eliminating the gap between two leading blockchains. Neon EVM positions Ethereum developers to enjoy the best of Solana’s network, from low fees to high transaction speeds, and parallel transaction execution capabilities

Use Cases and Features

NEON is the native token of Neon EVM and is used to pay transaction fees when transferring, deploying, and using decentralized applications. Users pay NEON to Neon operators, who submit transactions to Solana for execution; NEON holders can also vote on proposals in Neon DAO governance. It is an SPL token on Solana and serves a role similar to ETH as the native token within Neon EVM.

Supply and Issuance Mechanism

NEON has a fixed minted supply of 1 billion tokens, and the official description states that it has no inflation or deflation rate. The allocation announced in 2023 included public sale, early participants, ecosystem development, foundation treasury, and other categories; most tokens were subject to lockup or vesting arrangements at that time, so a fixed total supply does not equal the amount immediately available to trade.
