About MultiBit (MUBI)
Use Cases and Features
MUBI is used to participate in the MultiBit Protocol and obtain services in its ecosystem. Holders can vote on platform governance proposals, including platform upgrades, the introduction of new tokens, and fee-structure changes. They can also stake MUBI on the platform and receive rewards in ERC-20 or BRC-20 form, with the reward amount tied to the amount staked. Voting and staking rewards are separate uses.
Supply and Issuance Mechanism
MUBI has a fixed supply of 1 billion tokens. Of this allocation, 78.75% is designated for public sales and 11.25% for whitelist KOL sales priced the same as the public sale; 5% is allocated to DEX liquidity and 5% to the team. The DEX liquidity share is permanently locked. The team share is locked for six months, then vests linearly over two years. These lockups and vesting terms affect the pace of circulation, not the fixed total supply.
