These percentages describe planned allocation at issuance and do not mean tokens in all categories would enter circulation at the same time. When understanding circulating supply, distinguish between “total issuance minus wallet balances still managed by the foundation” and the allocation plan at issuance: the former is the on-chain calculation method used on the official page, while the latter explains the proportions initially reserved for different purposes. Ecosystem and airdrop allocations decline as they are distributed, so 43% or 11% alone cannot be used to infer the tradable amount on a particular day.

Which network should I pay attention to when transferring MBL?

MBL transfers should use the Ontology network, and you should confirm that the recipient address, wallet, and platform all support OEP-4. The token contract listed on the official page is on Ontology; if MBL is sent to an unsupported network or deposited through the wrong network, the recipient may be unable to recognize it, and the official page expressly warns that such assets may not be recoverable. Before transferring, also prepare the network's fee asset as required by the wallet or platform being used.
