The entire supply of GUN was minted once at genesis. In other words, the supply-creation step described in the whitepaper occurred at network genesis rather than through continuously added minting in subsequent blocks; this relates to there being no newly issued supply, but does not indicate when minted tokens are allocated, unlocked, transferred, or enter the market. A fixed genesis supply itself does not guarantee price or liquidity.
