Only active validators can participate in proposals, voting, and block production.

BOAT is a “Blockchain-bound Achievement Token” used to prove a user's contributions to the Fusionist community and identity achievements; it is not synonymous with ACE. The official FAQ states that BOAT is one of the conditions for airdrop-recipient selection and event eligibility, that some BOAT can increase the daily amount of ACE received and provide game-related benefits, and that the corresponding BOAT can be minted only after its level's minting requirements are met.
