Why Did Flow (FLOW) Rise in the Last 24 Hours?

On 2026-10-20, single-period candlestick volume was 5,764 units, indicating limited trading. The top-five-level bid-to-ask depth ratio was 7.08, but bids were concentrated in a 24,265-unit order near 0.02952, about 80.6% of the total bids across those levels. Order size is not the same as executed trading: low volume and a shallow order book mean that relatively few trades can move the price, without establishing broad buying demand or a sustained trend. A larger sell order of 22,837 units was near 0.0302. These historical order-book prices describe the order distribution at that time; order changes or executions can alter their effect. No event directly related to FLOW during the report period explains the movement, so the order-book structure is only microstructure context and cannot be confirmed as a single, clear driver.

About Flow (FLOW)

Flow is a platform for next-generation games, applications and digital assets that power them. As a decentralized network, anyone can join and build on flow. Flow is made by the creators of some of the most popular applications on the existing encrypted network. Flow makes the construction of new applications and protocols more secure, fast and efficient. Flow token is the original asset of flow, and flow token is the token required by the mortgage platform and the currency to pay the mortgage reward. In addition, a small number of flow tokens are required to pay transaction costs, and a minimum reserved balance is required to pay for storage on the network. Flow is a token that is always available for applications and games at the top of the flow network. Main highlights: seamless onboard: flow is a new design for mainstream adoption. It is the only blockchain that integrates usability improvement into the protocol layer. Balanced native token design: in order to earn transaction fees and rewards, flow tokens are required for mortgage and participation on the platform. Built in user base: Top developers and some of the world's largest brands have been built on flow, which can bring a new experience to top-level content.

Use Cases and Features

FLOW is the native token of the Flow proof-of-stake Layer 1 network. It can be used to pay transaction fees and the minimum balance required for on-chain storage, and can also be staked or delegated to nodes to help secure the network and earn corresponding rewards. Users can also use it within the Flow ecosystem to pay for, buy, sell, and trade assets and app experiences; staked assets may be subject to slashing if a node violates rules.

Supply and Issuance Mechanism

FLOW had a genesis supply of 1.25 billion tokens. The network supports proof-of-stake security by rewarding validators and delegators; in each cycle, collected transaction fees are used first to pay rewards, and new FLOW is minted only to cover any shortfall. Therefore, network fee revenue affects new issuance, and the supply is not fixed.
