Why Did Energy Web (ENERGYWEB) Rise in the Last 24 Hours?

Energy Web’s move is more consistent with a modest technical rebound in the absence of a clear news catalyst. A shallow order book may make prices more sensitive to limited trading, but this does not confirm a fundamental positive development. The candle at 06:00 UTC on 2026-11-04 closed slightly higher, with volume of 469.4; because the volume unit, interval, and historical baseline are unspecified, it cannot be identified as an increase in trading volume. During the report’s statistical window, the top five bid levels totaled 501 units and the ask levels 638.3, for a bid-to-ask ratio of 0.78. Depth was limited and slightly ask-skewed, while a single order-book snapshot does not represent liquidity throughout the day. The largest bid would meet the buy-wall threshold only if it was among the top five levels, accounting for 72.3% of bid volume; this does not indicate an intention to support the price. Although the aggregate technical signal was bullish, short-term trends were weak, the daily RSI was oversold, and no clear MACD crossover appeared across the timeframes, so a trend reversal was not confirmed.

About Energy Web (ENERGYWEB)

Energy web chain is a proven public chain supported by a network of verifiers. The verifier network includes major companies in a licensed energy field. EW chain has the first layer of local practical token, namely energy web token (EWT). EWT is mainly used to: protect the network from bad behavior; The verifier is compensated through transaction costs and verification recognition rewards.

Use Cases and Features

EWT is Energy Web’s native utility token. It is used to pay transaction fees on Energy Web Chain and can serve as the fee asset for using on-chain applications and smart contracts. In Energy Web X (EWX), EWT can be staked to support validators and the worker-node network; node operators can also be rewarded in EWT. EWT can move between EWC, EWX, and Ethereum through the official bridging mechanism; before transferring, confirm that the wallet and receiving network support the relevant token representation.

Supply and Issuance Mechanism

EWT has a maximum supply of 100 million tokens. After the 2025 upgrade, about 83.26 million previously minted tokens were frozen; the remaining roughly 16.74 million can be minted only when an on-chain governance proposal is approved, with no automatic inflation. EWC no longer produces new block rewards, and the cross-chain bridge uses lock/mint and burn/unlock mechanisms to maintain a unified supply across networks.
