Why Did Core (CORE) Rise in the Last 24 Hours?

CORE’s price movement alone cannot distinguish between a news catalyst, technical drivers, and liquidity effects. Assessing a news impact requires checking whether the event preceded the price movement and validating it against trading volume; without a corresponding event and price-volume confirmation, project announcements, supply changes, or broader market moves cannot be identified as the cause. Technical analysis should draw on candlesticks, trends, support and resistance, and signals such as RSI and MACD; a single move does not by itself establish a breakout, overbought conditions, or a trend reversal. In a shallow order book, a small amount of capital may amplify price moves, but this is only a possible mechanism. Order-book depth, spreads, and volume must also be considered, and they do not establish market consensus or participant intent.

About Core (CORE)

Core is an L1 blockchain that combines the composability of an EVM chain, with the decentralization and security of Bitcoin. $CORE is the native token of the Core blockchain.

Use Cases and Features

CORE is the native utility and governance token of the Core blockchain. Users use it to pay Gas fees for on-chain transactions and smart-contract execution; holders can also take part in on-chain governance and vote on network upgrades and protocol parameters. CORE can also be delegated to validators as voting support in Satoshi Plus consensus, helping with validator election and network security; whether rewards are received depends on the chosen validator being elected and operating properly.

Supply and Issuance Mechanism

CORE has a maximum total supply of 2.1 billion tokens. 39.995% is allocated to node-mining validator rewards and released on an 81-year schedule; block rewards decrease by 3.61% each year. The remaining allocations include 25.029% for users, 15% for contributors, 10% for reserves, 9.5% for the treasury, and 0.476% for relayer rewards, supporting the network, ecosystem, and cross-chain consensus incentives.
