About Arrow Markets (ARROW)

Use Cases and Features

ARROW is an Avalanche-native ERC-20 token of the Arrow ecosystem, described as a utility and access token for ecosystem activities. Arrow Markets is a hybrid Web3 options platform: a network of market makers handles options pricing and hedging. The token's ecosystem role is separate from the platform's trading instruments; holding ARROW does not itself mean owning an options contract. Use is subject to jurisdictional and eligibility restrictions; individuals in the United States and other prohibited jurisdictions may not purchase or use ARROW.

Supply and Issuance Mechanism

As disclosed in May 2024: ARROW's disclosed maximum supply is 72,000,000 tokens. Staking and community rewards represent 33% of total supply, released linearly over ten years and capped at 8% of total supply in any year. This limits release from an allocation; it is not fixed annual minting. Maximum supply is distinct from circulating supply, and scheduled unlocking is distinct from a new issuance event.
