WazirX Moves to Panama: Parent Company Renamed Zensui to Address Regulatory Changes in Singapore

WazirX, a cryptocurrency exchange that primarily caters to Indian users, is moving its operational headquarters from Singapore to Panama and rebranding its parent company, Zettai, to Zensui, according to reports. The move comes after a Singapore court refused to approve the company's restructuring plan. According to an email sent by WazirX to users, its parent company has registered a subsidiary, Zensui Corporation, in Panama and is preparing to transfer the platform's cryptocurrency-related services to the entity. Previously, the Monetary Authority of Singapore set a deadline of June 30 to require local crypto service providers to stop providing digital token services to overseas markets.
